Cameron Glass, Inc. Receives 2003 Worker Safety Policy
Council Award of Excellence
Cameron Glass, Inc. was recently awarded
Honorable Mention in the 2003 Award of Excellence Small Employer Category.
The Worker Safety Policy Council and the Oklahoma Department of Labor select
their recipients as a result of an effective safety and health program
evident in company’s reduced workplace incidents and workers’ compensation
cost-savings.
Deputy Commissioner, Rick Hensley, informed Alex
Skotarek, Cameron's Quality Manager, “your company serves as an excellent
example of why safety pays. It is my personal pleasure to be able to share
your success with other businesses in our great state.”
The 2003 Award of Excellence presentation will
be held in conjunction with the annual Governor’s Safety and Health
Conference on Monday, May 5, 2003.
