CamGlass has a unique understanding of the intricacies of assembling components to glass as our original beginnings were in the manufacturing industry. We have helped many customers reduce internal costs by attaching hardware to glass at our facility and providing complete window units.
- Utilize state-of-the-art assembly equipment, with the ability to program exact torque required for attachment of every assembly component.
- Programming made by CamGlass Engineers and cannot be changed by operator.
- If an issue occurs during assembly, an error message is displayed on both touch screen and tool.
- The device has sequencing capabilities which will ensure uniformity in assembly process.
- A custom check station is used to check completed assemblies – will not release final product until all checks are completed. Fail safe sensors in this station indicate and identify problems and will require correction.
- Bar code scanner enables CamGlass to assign a specific serial number to the part. In the event of issues in the field, CamGlass can troubleshoot assembly process data for the individual part.
